Following the Clean Water Act, 2006, a comprehensive update is well underway for the scientific assessment reports and the source protection plan policies of the Halton-Hamilton source protection region. This work includes a detailed consultation process with stakeholders on the updates, including a public consultation stage which took place from December 15, 2021 to February 4, 2022.
